The Board has 4
committees to work on issues throughout the year.
- Grounds ~ Works with
landscapers, maintenance of the common areas, grounds and
- Documents & Deeds ~
Approves property improvement requests and CC&R complaints &
- Communications ~
Newsletters and distributions, scheduling of HOA meetings,
yard sale and junk pickup days
- Finance ~ Sends out
dues invoices, pays the bills for elec, water, etc.
